Prayer based on John 16:4. Themes: Remembrance, Preparation, Revelation.

Dear Lord, thank you for the promise that you have given us in John 16:4. You have told us these things so that when the time comes, we may remember that you have already forewarned us about them. We claim this promise today, that we will remember your words and be prepared for whatever comes our way. We trust that you have a plan for us and that you will guide us through every situation. Thank you for being with us always, even when we don’t understand what is happening. We pray that you will continue to reveal your truth to us and help us to live according to your will. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

Verse: But I have told you these things so that when the time comes, you may remember that I told you about them. I didn’t tell you these things from the beginning, because I was with you.
