Praying from Hebrews 8:13 relating to New Covenant, Obsolete, Vanishing Away.
Father God, I thank you for the promise of a new covenant through your son Jesus Christ. I declare that the old covenant has become obsolete and is vanishing away. I claim the promise of a new covenant that brings salvation, forgiveness, and eternal life. I trust in your faithfulness to fulfill this promise and I surrender my life to you. May your Holy Spirit guide me in living out the new covenant and may I always give you glory and honor. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: In that he says, “A new covenant”, he has made the first obsolete. But that which is becoming obsolete and grows aged is near to vanishing away.

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that the old covenant is becoming obsolete and will soon vanish away, making way for the new covenant.
