Praying from Hebrews 7:5 relating to Priesthood, Tithing, Law
Dear Lord, we thank you for the sons of Levi who have received the priest’s office and have been given the commandment to take tithes from the people according to the law. We pray that they may carry out this duty with integrity and honor, always remembering that these tithes come from their brothers who have also come out of the body of Abraham. May they be faithful stewards of these offerings and use them to further your kingdom on earth. Amen.
Verse: They indeed of the sons of Levi who receive the priest’s office have a commandment to take tithes from the people according to the law, that is, of their brothers, though these have come out of the body of Abraham,
