Dear Lord, I thank you for your promise to deliver me out of all my afflictions and to give me favor and wisdom before those in authority. I claim this promise today and ask that you would make me a governor over the challenges in my life. Help me to lead with wisdom and grace, and to bring glory to your name in all that I do. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the ways in which you have already shown me your favor. I trust in your provision and guidance, and I pray that you would continue to bless me and my household. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
