Dear Lord, just as you brought your servant out of prison, we pray that you bring us out of any situation that is holding us captive. Help us to be still and listen to your voice, beckoning us to be silent and trust in your plan. Give us the courage to share our testimony with others, just as your servant did, and to spread your message of hope and salvation. Guide us to where you want us to be, and help us to follow your lead. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Verse: But he, beckoning to them with his hand to be silent, declared to them how the Lord had brought him out of the prison. He said, “Tell these things to James and to the brothers.” Then he departed and went to another place.
