Praying from 2 Thessalonians 1:3 relating to Thanksgiving, Faith, Love
Dear God, we come before you today with hearts full of gratitude for the brothers and sisters in our lives who have shown us unwavering faith and love. We thank you for the promise that their faith will continue to grow exceedingly and that their love for one another will abound. We claim this promise for ourselves and for those we love, knowing that you are faithful to fulfill all that you have promised. Help us to always give thanks to you for the blessings in our lives and to continue to grow in faith and love. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
Verse: We are bound to always give thanks to God for you, brothers, even as it is appropriate, because your faith grows exceedingly, and the love of each and every one of you toward one another abounds,

This is a Promise. The verse promises that the faith of the readers is growing exceedingly and the love of each and every one of them toward one another abounds, and therefore the writer is bound to always give thanks to God for them.
