Praying from 2 Corinthians 5:10. Themes: Judgment, Accountability, Works-based salvation.
Dear Lord, we know that one day we will all stand before your judgment seat. We pray that you will help us to live our lives in a way that pleases you, doing good and avoiding evil. May we be faithful in our service to you and to others, so that when we stand before you, we may receive the reward that you have prepared for us. Help us to remember that every action we take has consequences, and that we will be held accountable for our choices. Give us the strength and wisdom to make the right choices, and to live our lives in a way that brings glory to your name. In Jesus’ name we pray, Amen.
Verse: For we must all be revealed before the judgment seat of Christ that each one may receive the things in the body according to what he has done, whether good or bad.
2 Corinthians 5:10
