Praying from 2 Corinthians 4:2. Themes: Truth, Renunciation, Honesty

Dear God, I pray that I may renounce the hidden things of shame and not walk in craftiness or handle your word deceitfully. May I always seek to manifest the truth and commend myself to every person’s conscience in your sight. Help me to live a life that is pleasing to you and to always be truthful in my words and actions. Amen.

Verse: But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by the manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.
