Dear Lord, thank you for the authority you have given me to build up and not tear down. Help me to use this authority wisely and with love. As I write these things while absent, may my words be filled with grace and truth. May I not have to deal sharply when present, but instead, may my presence bring peace and encouragement. Guide me in all that I do, and may everything I say and do be for your glory. Amen.
