Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that I am not behind the very best apostles. I claim this promise and declare that I am equipped and empowered by your grace to fulfill the purpose you have for my life. I pray that you will continue to guide me and strengthen me as I strive to serve you and make a difference in this world. Thank you for your unfailing love and faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is a statement of confidence from the author, Paul, that he is just as qualified as the best apostles. There is no command given to the reader.
