Dear Lord, I thank you for delivering me out of so great a death and for continuing to deliver me from the trials and challenges of life. I put my hope and trust in you, knowing that you will still deliver me in the future. I claim the promise of your faithfulness and ask for your strength and guidance as I face whatever comes my way. Thank you for your love and protection. Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is assuring the reader that God has delivered them in the past, is currently delivering them, and will continue to deliver them in the future. The promise is that the reader can place their hope in God for ongoing deliverance.
