Dear God, please help me to understand that true beauty comes from within and not from external adornments like braided hair, gold ornaments, or fine clothing. May I focus on cultivating a beautiful heart and spirit that reflects your love and grace. Help me to be content with who I am and not feel the need to constantly strive for external beauty. Thank you for creating me in your image and for loving me just as I am. Amen.

Verse: Let your beauty come not from the outward adorning of braiding your hair, and of wearing gold ornaments or of putting on fine clothing,
