Praying from 1 Peter 2:17 relating to Honor, Love, Fear

Dear God, please help me to honor all men, regardless of their background or beliefs. Help me to love my brothers and sisters in Christ, and to show them the same kindness and compassion that you have shown me. Give me a healthy fear of you, knowing that you are the ultimate authority and judge. And finally, help me to honor those in positions of leadership, including our king or president, and to pray for them as they make important decisions that affect our nation and world. Amen.

Verse: Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king.
1 Peter 2:17
