Praying from 1 Peter 1:15 relating to Holiness, Behavior, Calling

Dear God, thank you for calling me to be a part of your holy family. Help me to live a life that reflects your holiness in all of my behavior. May my thoughts, words, and actions be pleasing to you and bring glory to your name. Strengthen me to resist temptation and to follow your commands. May I be a light in this world, shining your love and grace to those around me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: but just as he who called you is holy, you yourselves also be holy in all of your behavior,
1 Peter 1:15

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to be holy in all of their behavior, just as God is holy.
