Praying from 1 John 5:10 relating to Belief, Testimony, Truth

Dear God, I believe in your Son, Jesus Christ, and I thank you for the testimony that you have given concerning him. I pray that you would help me to always hold onto this truth and to have it firmly rooted in my heart. I claim the promise that he who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. I pray that you would strengthen my faith and help me to trust in you more each day. I also pray for those who do not believe in you, that they may come to know the truth and believe in your Son. Thank you for your love and grace. Amen.

Verse: He who believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. He who doesn’t believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has given concerning his Son.
1 John 5:10

This is a Promise. The verse states that those who believe in the Son of God have the testimony within themselves, and those who do not believe are making God a liar by not believing in the testimony given about his Son.
