Praying from 1 John 4:15 relating to Confession, Son of God, Abiding
Dear God,
I confess with my whole heart that Jesus is your Son. I believe that He came to earth to save me from my sins and to reconcile me to you. I claim the promise that if I confess Jesus as your Son, you will remain in me, and I in you.
Thank you for your love and grace that allows me to have a relationship with you. Help me to live my life in a way that honors you and reflects your love to others. May your presence be evident in my life as I seek to follow you.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him, and he in God.

This is a Promise. The verse promises that if someone confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, then God will remain in them and they will remain in God.
