Praying from 1 John 1:4 relating to Joy, Fellowship, Assurance
Dear Lord, thank you for the promise that when we write these things to others, our joy may be fulfilled. I claim this promise today and ask that you help me to share your love and truth with those around me. May my words bring joy and fulfillment to others, and may my own joy be multiplied as I see your work in their lives. Thank you for the privilege of being a vessel for your message, and may your name be glorified through it all. Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is saying that the writer is sharing something with the reader in order to bring them joy and fulfill the writer’s own joy as well.
