Dear Lord, please help me to stand steadfast in my heart and have power over my own will. Give me the determination to keep myself pure and holy before you. Help me to resist the temptations of this world and to always do what is pleasing in your sight. May I always do well in your eyes and bring glory to your name. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: But he who stands steadfast in his heart, having no urgency, but has power over his own will, and has determined in his own heart to keep his own virgin, does well.
