Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet, the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we will be changed. I claim this promise for myself and for all those who have put their faith in you. May we be ready and waiting for that glorious day when the trumpet will sound and we will be transformed into your likeness. Thank you for the hope and assurance that this promise brings. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
