Dear Lord Jesus, I claim the promise that you are the spiritual rock that followed the Israelites in the wilderness and provided them with water to drink. Just as they drank of the same spiritual drink, I too drink from the well of your living water. I thank you for being my source of strength and sustenance, and for quenching my thirst for righteousness. May I always remember that you are the rock on which I stand, and may I never thirst again. In your holy name, I pray. Amen.

1 Corinthians 10:4
