Praying from Psalms 32:5. Themes: Repentance, Forgiveness, Confession.
Dear Yahweh,
I come before you acknowledging my sin and my iniquity. I confess my transgressions to you and ask for your forgiveness. I know that you are a merciful and loving God who forgives those who come to you with a repentant heart.
I claim the promise that you have forgiven the iniquity of my sin. I trust in your grace and mercy to cleanse me from all unrighteousness and to restore me to a right relationship with you.
Thank you for your unfailing love and faithfulness. I surrender my life to you and ask that you guide me in the path of righteousness.
In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn’t hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin.
Psalms 32:5
This is a Promise. The verse promises that if the reader confesses their sins to Yahweh, He will forgive their iniquities.
