Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that your voice has gone out through all the earth and your words have reached the end of the world. I claim this promise for myself and for all those who have yet to hear your message of love and salvation. I pray that you would continue to set a tent for the sun in our lives, guiding us with your light and leading us towards your truth. May your voice be heard in every corner of the earth, and may your words bring hope and healing to all who hear them. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that the message of God has spread throughout the world and that God has created a place for the sun.
