Lord, I claim the promise that you hear the cries of those who call out to you. Just as the blind man cried out to you for mercy, I too cry out to you for your mercy and grace. Even when others try to silence me, I will cry out to you even more. I trust that you will hear my prayers and answer them according to your will. Thank you for your faithfulness and love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The promise is that if the reader cries out to Jesus for mercy, he will hear and respond.
