Dear God, I claim the promise that you have given us in your word. I declare that I will no longer partake of anything until it is fulfilled in your Kingdom. I trust in your faithfulness and believe that you will fulfill all your promises in my life. Thank you for your love and grace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is a statement made by Jesus that he will not eat of the bread until it is fulfilled in God’s Kingdom.
