Praying from Luke 15:32. Themes: Redemption, Forgiveness, Reconciliation.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today with grateful hearts, celebrating the promise of your love and mercy. We thank you for the promise that even when we are lost, you will always find us and bring us back into your loving embrace.
We claim the promise of your word that says, “But it was appropriate to celebrate and be glad, for this, your brother, was dead, and is alive again. He was lost, and is found.” We thank you for the promise of new life and restoration that you offer to us through your Son, Jesus Christ.
We pray that you would continue to guide us on our journey, and that we would always remember the promise of your love and grace. May we never forget that no matter how far we may stray, you are always there to welcome us back with open arms.
Thank you for the promise of new beginnings and the hope that you offer to us each day. We pray that we would always trust in your unfailing love and that we would live our lives in a way that brings glory and honor to your name.
In Jesus’ name we pray,
Amen.
