Prayer based on Luke 10:2. Themes: Harvest, Laborers, Prayer

Dear Lord of the harvest, we come before you today with grateful hearts for the abundance of blessings you have bestowed upon us. We acknowledge that the harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few. We pray that you would send out more laborers into your harvest, to bring in the plentiful harvest that you have provided. We ask that you would equip and empower these laborers with your wisdom, strength, and love, so that they may work tirelessly to bring in the harvest. May your will be done in all things, and may your kingdom come on earth as it is in heaven. We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Verse: Then he said to them,“The harvest is indeed plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest.
Luke 10:2

This is a Command. The verse commands the reader to pray to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.
