Praying from Matthew 5:44 relating to Love, Blessing, Goodness

Dear God, help me to love my enemies, even when it’s difficult. Give me the strength to bless those who curse me and to do good to those who hate me. Help me to pray for those who mistreat me and persecute me, and to show them your love and grace. Thank you for your example of forgiveness and mercy, and help me to follow in your footsteps. Amen.
