Praying from 1 Peter 4:5 relating to Judgment, Accountability, Living and Dead.
Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that those who have done wrong will give account to you, who are ready to judge the living and the dead. I claim this promise for myself and for those I love, knowing that you are a just and righteous judge. Help us to live our lives in a way that honors you, and to seek forgiveness when we fall short. May we always remember that you are the ultimate judge, and that we will one day stand before you. Thank you for your grace and mercy, and for the assurance that you will hold us accountable for our actions. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
