Father God, I thank you for the promise that you have spoken through the Scriptures. Just as you caused Pharaoh to be raised up for a specific purpose, I believe that you have a purpose for my life as well. I pray that you would show your power through me, and that your name would be proclaimed in all the earth through my life. Use me for your glory, Lord, and let my life be a testimony to your greatness. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that God raised up Pharaoh for the purpose of showing His power and proclaiming His name in all the earth.
