Praying from 2 Thessalonians 3:7 relating to Imitation, Behavior, Rebellion.

Dear Lord, help me to imitate the examples of those who have gone before me in faith. May I learn from their actions and follow in their footsteps. Please guide me to behave myself in a way that is pleasing to you and not rebellious. Help me to be a positive influence on those around me and to lead by example. Thank you for your grace and mercy in my life. Amen.

Verse: For you know how you ought to imitate us. For we didn’t behave ourselves rebelliously among you,
2 Thessalonians 3:7

This is a Command. The verse is commanding the reader to imitate the behavior of the writer, who did not behave rebelliously among them.
