Dear God, please grant me a cheerful heart that brings healing and joy to those around me. Help me to find joy in the midst of difficult circumstances and to spread that joy to others. Protect me from a crushed spirit that can drain me of life and vitality. Fill me with your love and peace so that I may be a source of encouragement and hope to those who need it. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Verse: A cheerful heart makes good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.
Proverbs 17:22
