Dear Lord, I come before you humbly and confess that I have often hated instruction and despised reproof. I ask for your forgiveness for my stubbornness and resistance to correction. Help me to have a teachable spirit and a willingness to learn from those around me. Give me the humility to accept constructive criticism and the courage to make necessary changes in my life. Thank you for your grace and mercy towards me. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Proverbs 5:12
