Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that you know my sitting down and my rising up. You are aware of every moment of my life, and nothing is hidden from you. I claim this promise today and ask that you would help me to trust in your perfect knowledge and understanding. Please guide my thoughts and actions, and help me to live in a way that honors you. Thank you for your constant presence in my life. Amen.
