Dear Yahweh,

I come before you today with a heart full of gratitude and thanksgiving. I offer to you the sacrifice of thanksgiving, knowing that you are the source of all blessings in my life. I call on your name, Yahweh, knowing that you are faithful and true to your promises.

I claim the promise that you will hear my prayers and answer them according to your will. I trust in your goodness and mercy, and I know that you will never leave me nor forsake me.

Thank you, Yahweh, for your love and grace. I give you all the glory and honor, now and forevermore.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
