Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise that you are the one who can turn the rock into a pool of water and the flint into a spring of waters. I ask that you would work in my life in the same way, turning the hard and dry places into sources of refreshment and life. I trust in your power and provision, knowing that you are faithful to fulfill your promises. Thank you for being the source of all that I need, and for your constant care and provision. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is describing how God miraculously provided water for the Israelites in the wilderness by turning a rock into a pool and a flint into a spring. The promise is that God is able to provide for His people in miraculous ways.
