Dear Lord, I claim the promise that you have given us in Psalm 102:23-24. You have promised to strengthen us along the course and to lengthen our days. I pray that you will strengthen me in every area of my life, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I ask that you will give me the strength to face every challenge that comes my way and to overcome it with your help. I also pray that you will lengthen my days and give me a long and healthy life, filled with your blessings and grace. Thank you for your promise and for your faithfulness. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
