Dear God, I thank you for the promise that Jesus died to sin one time and now lives to you. I claim this promise for my own life and ask that you help me to die to sin and live for you. May my life be a reflection of your love and grace, and may I always seek to honor you in all that I do. Thank you for the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. Amen.

Verse: For the death that he died, he died to sin one time; but the life that he lives, he lives to God.
Romans 6:10

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that Jesus died to sin once and now lives for God. It is a promise of the new life that believers can have through Jesus.
