Dear Lord, I claim the promise that you have given us in your word. As it is written, “They will see, to whom no news of him came. They who haven’t heard will understand.” I pray that those who have not yet heard the good news of your love and salvation will come to understand and believe in you. May your message of hope and grace reach every corner of the world, and may those who have been lost and forgotten find their way to you. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the promise that all who seek you will find you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: But, as it is written,“They will see, to whom no news of him came. They who haven’t heard will understand.”

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that those who have not heard of God will still be able to understand and see Him.
