Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise in your word that says, “Or who has first given to him, and it will be repaid to him again?” I thank you for your faithfulness and your promise to repay those who give to you. I pray that you will bless me abundantly as I continue to give to your kingdom. Help me to be a cheerful giver, knowing that you will always provide for me. I trust in your provision and your promises, and I thank you for your goodness and grace. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
Verse: “Or who has first given to him, and it will be repaid to him again?”
Romans 11:35
This is a Promise. The verse is stating that no one can give to God first, as everything already belongs to Him. Therefore, no one can expect to be repaid by God for their giving.
