Dear Yahweh, above the voices of many waters and the mighty breakers of the sea, I claim your promise that you are mighty on high. I trust in your power and strength to guide me through the storms of life. May your presence be with me always, and may I find comfort and peace in knowing that you are in control. Thank you for your faithfulness and for being my rock and my refuge. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Psalms 93:4

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that Yahweh is mighty and powerful, even above the crashing waves of the sea. There is no command given to the reader.
