Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that you have appointed me as your firstborn and the highest of the kings of the earth. I claim this promise and ask that you would help me to live up to this calling. Give me the strength and wisdom to lead others in your ways and to be a shining example of your love and grace. May my life bring glory to your name and may I always remember that I am your child, chosen and set apart for your purposes. Thank you for your faithfulness and for the privilege of serving you. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
