Dear Lord, I come to you with a troubled heart and a heavy burden. I feel like I cannot even speak, for the weight of my worries is too much to bear. But I know that you are with me, and that you hold my eyelids open even when I am too tired to keep them open myself. I claim the promise that you will never leave me nor forsake me, and that you will give me the strength to face whatever challenges come my way. Help me to trust in you and to find peace in your presence. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
