Dear God, I come before you with a heavy heart, asking how long the adversary will continue to reproach you. How long will the enemy blaspheme your name? Lord, I pray that you will intervene and put an end to this. May your name be glorified and may your enemies be silenced. Help us to trust in your sovereignty and to have faith that you will bring justice. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

This is a Command. The verse is a plea for God to act and put an end to the reproach and blasphemy of the enemy.
