Father God, I come before you today claiming the promise in your word that the trouble my enemies cause me shall return to their own heads. I declare that their violence and wickedness shall come down on the crown of their own heads. I trust in your justice and righteousness, knowing that you will vindicate me and bring justice to those who seek to harm me. Thank you for your faithfulness and for being my refuge and strength in times of trouble. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Verse: The trouble he causes shall return to his own head. His violence shall come down on the crown of his own head.

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that the trouble and violence caused by someone will eventually come back to harm them.
