Dear Lord, I claim the promise that you have given us in your word that those who seek you shall lack no good thing. I pray that you will provide for me and my loved ones, that we shall not wander up and down for food or wait all night if we aren’t satisfied. I trust in your provision and your faithfulness to fulfill your promises. Thank you for being our provider and sustainer. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is describing the consequences of wickedness, specifically that those who do evil will never be satisfied and will constantly be searching for food and fulfillment.
