Dear God, I come before you today and thank you for your great loving kindness that reaches to the heavens. I am grateful for your truth that extends to the skies. I claim this promise and ask that you continue to pour out your love and truth upon me. May I always be reminded of your faithfulness and may it guide me in all that I do. Thank you for your unending grace and mercy. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that God’s loving kindness and truth are vast and reach to the heavens and skies. It is not giving a command to the reader.
