Dear Lord, I thank you for the promise that you will incline your ear to a proverb and solve my riddle on the harp. I pray that you will give me the wisdom and understanding to discern the meaning behind the proverbs and riddles that I encounter in my life. Help me to seek your guidance and direction in all things, and to trust in your unfailing love and faithfulness. May my heart be open to your teachings, and may I always seek to grow in my knowledge and understanding of your ways. Thank you for your promise, and for your constant presence in my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
