Dear God, as your name is great and mighty, let your praise be proclaimed to the ends of the earth. May your righteousness be evident in all that we do, and may your right hand guide us towards your will. We claim the promise that your hand is full of righteousness, and we trust in your unfailing love and faithfulness. Thank you for being our God and for always being with us. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that God’s praise will be spread to the ends of the earth and that his right hand is full of righteousness.
