Dear Lord, I thank you for putting gladness in my heart. Your joy surpasses any material possessions or earthly pleasures. I claim the promise that you have given me more gladness than when their grain and new wine are increased. May your joy continue to fill my heart and overflow into every aspect of my life. Thank you for your faithfulness and for always providing for me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse is stating that God has brought joy to the speaker’s heart, surpassing the joy of a bountiful harvest.
