Dear Lord, I come before you today claiming the promise in Psalm 36:8 that says, “They shall be abundantly satisfied with the abundance of your house. You will make them drink of the river of your pleasures.” I ask that you fill me with your abundance and satisfy me with your goodness. Let me drink from the river of your pleasures and experience the fullness of your joy. Thank you for your faithfulness and for always providing for my needs. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

This is a Promise. The verse promises that those who seek God will be abundantly satisfied and will experience the pleasures of God’s presence.
